Can I purchase additional magazines?
Yes, beyond the 3 professionally printed magazines that come with your purchase, you can order additional magazines for $20 each. If a larger quantity is needed, we will provide a quote that may include a volume discount.
Can I track my order online, if I live in the US?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery status of your Milestone Magazine online.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The production time for Milestone Magazine varies depending on the customization level and how quickly you can provide us with the life story information and photos. Once we receive everything from you, we will send you a draft of your magazine within 5-7 business days. The printed magazines will be shipped to you, and the delivery time will roughly take 10-14 days. Express delivery is available at an additional cost.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we suggest that customers outside the United States use a local printer to have their magazines printed, to avoid unnecessary costs and delays. Currently, we only offer US letter-size format for our magazines.
